Glow Line is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the accessibility of our site and aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

1. Our Commitment

We believe everyone deserves equal access to information and services online. Our goal is to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across all pages of this website. We use the UserWay accessibility widget to assist users in customizing their browsing experience according to their accessibility needs.

2. Conformance Status

Partially conformant.This site partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address known gaps.

The UserWay widget (free tier) provides assistive features that help bridge many WCAG 2.1 AA criteria for end users who require them.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Third-party payment widget (Rivhit): The payment flow is provided by a third-party processor. We do not control the accessibility of their interface and cannot guarantee full WCAG conformance within those screens.
  • Complex interactive components: Some dynamic UI elements may have partial keyboard or screen reader support. We are working to improve these.
